About the Event
There are a few things that are inevitable in life - death, taxes and dealing with difficult people. We can't help with the first two, but join us to discuss some ways to improve your interactions with the difficult people you encounter.
In our discussion, we will cover some types and traits of difficult people, as well as building an understanding of the role you play in these interactions. We will discuss some strategies and practices you can implement to focus on ensuring your interactions are as productive as possible.
