About the Event

Join us for a discussion of how to approach workplace interactions in a way that contributes to your professional image. We all have multiple opportunities each day to interact with others in a way that supports the professional image we would like to have....which means we also have multiple opportunities to have interactions that are counterproductive. This webinar is all about being a bit more thoughtful and intentional about how we make the most of each and every one of those interactions. 

In our time together, we will discuss different communication styles, and the best way to adjust your approach accordingly. We will also discuss the power of listening, and how to keep ourselves in the right state of mind....even when something may trigger us.
