About the Event
Join us for a six-week program designed to help you achieve success as a manager. Each of the six 60-minutes session will consist of 30 minutes of topic presentation, followed by 30 minutes of group discussion/Q&A.
We will cover the following topics:
· Building Trust and Establishing Yourself as a Leader
· Delegation and Micromanaging
· Hiring and Firing
· Identifying and Bridging Skills Gaps
· Assessing Your Performance
We will meet via Zoom Tuesday nights from 6-7 pm (Central time) from May 18 - June 22.
RSVP if you'd like to join us. Registration fees ($600) can be paid via credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Venmo (you will receive further instructions upon registration). Prior to the event, you will calendar invites including the Zoom links for each week.
