About the Event
Communication plays a vital role in the workplace. Ineffective communication can lead to decreased productivity, wasted time, increased levels of stress and frustration, and a general decline in our overall happiness. In every interaction we have, we play a role in determining the success of the interaction. When we understand the impact we have on our interactions, and make sure we are putting our best foot forward, we can do our part to add value to every interaction we have.
Join us on for a discussion of effective communication in the workplace. We will discuss different communication styles, the role that active listening plays in our interactions, and the most effective ways to communicate via email.
