Your mindset (which gives rise to your approach and how your handle situations) has a huge impact on how you're perceived as a leader, and how others view your potential as a leader. In this discussion, we'll cover examples of what it means to have a leadership mindset, and identify some different ways to intentionally work to foster a leadership mindset.
