New Manager Path to Success - October 2022 Cohort

Join us for a seven-week program designed to help you achieve success as a new people leader! 

In our first live meeting, we will have an introductory conversation to introduce ourselves, and talk in more detail about the format of the program. 

Following our first live meeting (our introductory conversation), you will receive a link to a 30-minute video on the course content for the first topic to be viewed at your convenience during the week. Each week after our live (virtual) meeting, you will receive a new link to the week's content.

In each week's live 60-minute Zoom meeting, we will discuss the recorded content you watched during the week, as well as out of class work that is assigned in each pre-recorded content presentation. We will also use this time to address any thoughts, questions, or discussion points that came out of the content presentation. 

We will cover the following topics:

· Building Trust and Establishing Yourself as a Leader

· Delegation and Micromanaging

· Feedback

· Hiring and Firing

· Identifying and Bridging Skills Gaps

· Assessing Your Performance

We will meet via Zoom Wednesday nights from 6-7 pm (Central time) from October 5 - November 16.

Registration fees ($650) can be paid via credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Venmo (you will receive further instructions upon registration). Upon completion of registration (including receipt of payment), you will receive calendar invites that include the Zoom links for each week's live discussion.
