October Webinar - Difficult Conversations

In our time together, we will discuss strategies for navigating challenging interactions; whether that is a tough conversation with a client, a spouse, a supervisor, or anything in between. We'll discuss preparing for the conversation, some things to be mindful of, and what to do when you don't get the opportunity to prepare.
